We are interested in rental of a 2-3 bedroom condo in Hua Hin during January or February 2008. The rental period will be for one month, starting from any date between January 10 to February 10th. We are 2 persons in our early sixties. She a dentist, he a travel agent. Other family members may join us, therefore the extra bedrooms.
Our preferences are:
Location: Between airport in the north and Khao Takiab in the south. Close to pool and beach. Nice terrace view (As we are comfortable grown-ups who will spend long evenings on the terrace). Comfortable terrace furniture (Bamboo with cushions perhaps, suitable for long-drinks and crosswords) Bed linen and towels included Broadband internet or modem 56K connection would be an asset. Price max 75.000/month = 30 days. We are well aquainted with Hua Hin after several short visits of one and two weeks to the area. We have always used hotels or guesthouses, but for next year we have decided to stay a little longer and would like the privacy of a condo apartment.
