Technology Garmin eTrax Legend Handheld GPS... 2009.10.29 2010.04.27 Hey folks, I ordered a Garmin GPS from the United States a few months ago. Unfortunately what the seller on Ebay sent me was not what he had advertised. Since it took so long to go from Pennsylvania to my mail forwarder in Texas and then over to Thailand, the time period to obtain a refund from Paypal and complain to Ebay had past. I emailed back and forth with the seller (who did not respond to the first 3 emails) but he would not resolve the mistake unless it was in his favor. First he wanted me to keep it and he would give me $20 US Dollars back (Ha!). Then he wanted me to ship it back and he would refund only the cost of the GPS. So I would be paying for shipping to Texas, to Thailand, back to America and the Customs Duties fee into Thailand. Maybe karma will catch up with that peckerhead. So, I am trying to sell it on here for only what I have in it so far $110USD or 3685 Baht. Then I have to again order what I want from the U.S. The seller did not supply the download cable with the unit. Not sure if they are available here in Thailand but they can be purchased on Ebay for cheap (about $10USD or 335 Baht).
